WHY IS IT NOT THE EXACT SAME AS MY FRIENDS BOX?
Depending on stock availability, or due to the uniqueness of hand crafted products, our items may be different in colour, size, fragrance from time to time, but the end impact should not be altered.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
 
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. Please contact us directly at hello@gystbox.com.au.  If the item has already been posted, you will have to follow our returns policy.
 
DID THE PRICE CHANGE? 
 
We ensure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website, however, sometimes our pricing or product information may be inaccurate. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.
