The Ultimate Self-Care Bath Potion Recipe

Warning: This recipe is for an EPIC bath. You'll want to spend at least 2 hours in there, it's that good.

People sometimes scoff at baths as a self-care tool. I say "screw you" to that.

I have many tools in my kit to lift me up and shift my mindset. Baths have always been an important tool for me. I make a very distinct ritual out of it, and very mindfully enjoy each step.

Here's how I do it:


Epsom salts

Magnesium flakes

Bi-carb soda

Milk powder

Oils, such as: castor, jojoba, sweet almond or even just olive oil

Essential oils of your choice

Dried tea leaves, rose petals, jasmine buds
